Rebuilding the same decks. Reformatting the same reports. Rewriting rationale that already existed somewhere. The admin wasn't just slow — it was stealing time from client conversations, creative thinking, and growing each other as a team.

The most human parts of the job, consistently deprioritised by the least human tasks.

Reading through every document manually from top to bottom, tracking corrections by hand and cross-checking formatting across sections.

Running documents through AI for a first-pass grammar, consistency and tone check — then doing a focused human review on the parts that matter most: the nuance, the voice, the client-facing details.

Running Industry Partner Sessions with stakeholders and trying to get feedback whilst also record actions from a meeting.

Constant follow up emails to check for feedback.

Create the survey, made them complete it love and transcribed feedback via Granola. Sent actions to Cowork, which connected the loop (Granola > Cowork > Report > Drive > Gmail).

Asking Claude to come up with the HTML or prototype. While they all look fantastic and flawless, they all started to look like the same.

Then started adding personal touch, or recommendation and working with Claude Cowork (instead of Chat as that takes away more tokens) hand in hand to achieve the best yet unique outcome.

Translating dense psychological research or complex process documentation into practical, accessible tools for frontline workers and leaders.

Manually rewriting and simplifying academic content line by line — a process that could eat up an entire day.

Feeding the source material to AI with clear instructions on audience and tone, getting a simplified first draft back, then applying human-centred design principles to make it genuinely usable.
